Our Process

STEP 1 - CONTACT

Fill out our contact and inquiry form and we will get back to you to discuss the next steps. Keep in mind, full build outs start at $40,000, not including the van. Unfortunately we cannot help with financing at this time. But it is something we are working to figure out!

STEP 2 - DESIGN PHASE :

If you choose to customize your van layout and components, we will work with you to develop your dream van. We have the means to work with a wide range of materials so there is not much that isn’t possible. Billing for design work is on an hourly rate, and will require an upfront deposit based on the estimated time investment.

STEP 3 - PROCUREMENT

After taking an upfront deposit for the build and locking into our schedule, we order in any components necessary for your build that we don’t already have in stock.

STEP 4 - BUILD PHASE

Once we have your van in our shop, we can get to work making it all happen! We will keep you updated along the way and maintain an open dialogue in case changes or adjustments need to be made. This part of the process takes between 3-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the build.

STEP 5 - DELIVERY

We either meet you at our shop to train you in operating the van or deliver the van and run you through everything at your chosen location. We can deliver most places in the US for a cost of $500-$1500

STEP 6 - HIT THE ROAD

This is what it’s all about. Time to find the places you didn’t know existed and the people you didn’t know you’d meet.
